What to Expect When We Go To Your Home or Business

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

When Our SMART Certified SanitizeIT technicians arrive at your home or office, they will first request for a tour of your space. This is so they can assess problem areas (like odor, mildew, allergens) and make sure that your home or office is prepared for effective treatment. They will give you a basic estimate of how long the process will take (under 30 minutes for 2,000 sq. Ft) and confirm pricing.

BEFORE SPRAYING

You don’t need to do a deep clean before we arrive. But some TIDYING UP on your part will help ensure better coverage. If there are particular items that you want disinfected, please sit them out and alert our technicians
We will be opening doors and cabinets to make sure that the electrostatic mist reaches all surfaces
If you are having air ducts sprayed, please point out all returns
The mist from our Electrostatic Sprayers is so fine it sometimes triggers Smoke Alarms. If you have SMOKE ALARM COVERS, we will install those before spraying and remove them when we’re finished. If not, we will request that you alert your alarm company before we begin spraying.
The fine mist may cause some people to feel a coughing sensation. Our technician will wear a light mask and ask you to STEP OUT OF THE ROOM.

FOOD-SAFE. NO NEED TO COVER FOOD OR PLANTS

The solution we use is NSF certified for food contact surfaces and safe for both soft and hard surfaces and sensitive electronics. NO RINSE REQUIRED

FABRIC-SAFE

What about silk drapes and other fine fabrics and finishes? Our tech will stand 10 to 12 feet away from all surfaces while spraying. The mist is so fine it practically dries on contact and is safe for soft fabrics and surfaces.

SIMPLE AND QUICK SPRAY PROCESS

It will take around 30 minutes to disinfect a 2,000 sq. ft area. Our disinfecting solution dries up in about 10 minutes. When we leave, your home will be free from viruses, bacteria, allergens, mold, mildew and odors.

10-MINUTE WAIT TIME.

Following the service, you should wait 10 minutes before reentering your home or office to ensure that all surfaces are dry and treatment is fully effective.
